Woah, we are thrilled and delighted to be paired up with the incredible folks of Machine Shop at Cook this Sunday. Machine Shop make some of, if not most of, if not all of, the FINEST croissants/vienoiserie/leavened goods in Philadelphia/The Delaware Valley/Mid-Atlantic/USA/World? We don’t know and don’t care to figure out how true or not true that statement is because we’re too busy noshing on their kouign amanns and pain chocolats and if you want to argue these things, you really shouldn’t and should just eat their croissants. LIfe’s too short.

FYI- This event is first come first serve, starts at 10AM and will very likely sell out before 2PM (the time we would officially stop service). The last time we were both at COOK, we sold out before noon. So, don’t wait around. Get there on time! I’ll have espresso, drip coffee, and muchas bags of coffee! I have no doubt that they’ll have a stupid amount of tasty, one-off items as well.
