Big wheel keep on turning. Fun Colombian coffee keep on serving? This coffee is serving something. Flavor? Aroma? Positive vibes? Sure. Yes. Hold on, we're getting ahead of ourselves. Meet your new Colombian coffee: Finca Costa Rica. This farm is located in Santa Maria & sits at an elevation of 2,005 meters above sea level (presumably closer to the sky than you are at the moment). It's run by Faver Ninco, the proud father of 4 budding coffee-farmer-allstars aaaaaand 19,900 coffee plants. His coffee journey began 25 years ago, helping his father & neighbors with their farms. Since then, he's been doing his own thing with Finca Costa Rica. Around 2018, Ninco began exploring the world of "variety." Just like apples & oranges, there's a lot of different types of coffee out there & they all have variations, physically & aromatically. He currently cultivates Pink Bourbon, Geisha, Java, Papayo, & Caturra varieties. This bag right here is Caturra. His hard work, Caturra variety coffee, & an ideal coffee growing terroir yields intoxicatingly sweet & vivid coffee. Serve's up? (sorry)
